They wanted a fireplace in the kitchen when they still lived at home, so I think that they may be a little jealous that my associate and I got one after they left.
My hubby and I just got a new fireplace installed in our kitchen, and i could not be happier with the results; My associate and I have both wanted a fireplace in there for years now, when my associate and I first moved into our house, my associate and I did some remodeling. My associate and I planned to install the fireplace then, however things did not work out the way that my associate and I planned, and adding a fireplace was not in the budget at that time. I am super cheerful that my associate and I were able to finally get one installed though, better late than never is what I consistently say. It is certainly a attractive fireplace. I have never seen one quite like ours before, however the stonework around the fireplace and the mantle is very unique , and I certainly like that. It gives our property some need character. My associate and I live in a subdivision, which is nice, however most of the houses in our neighborhood look alike, so to have something like our fireplace to set our property apart is certainly nice. My hubby appreciates it as well. He says that however he picked it out, it turned out way better than he had ever planned for it to. I can’t wait for our teenagers to come home for the holidays so that I can show off our new fireplace.
