My wifey Kim and I have been searching for a new house in the inner town for about 2 weeks now.

It hasn’t particularly been much of a journey but Kim and I want the perfect locale but also a locale that is in our price range.

Kim and I wouldn’t mind spending more money if Kim and I found a great locale that gave more than what a house could provide. Kim and I looked at 6 locales and Kim and I were pretty much done and were going to option a locale Kim and I were not exactly excited with but the market wasn’t good on apartments, but Kim and I looked at 1 more which was available last minute, the 7th apartment. In the worst case, Kim and I had a locale ready for us! Lucky number 7, this locale was amazing from the get go. The view of the city was great, it was within walking distance from a lot of the pizzerias and the landlord had done a ton of renovation to the apartment. He updated the windows, flooring and put in a new Heating & Air Conditioning system! He has all the receipts of what the Heating & Air Conditioning system that the heating and cooling specialist from the Heating & Air Conditioning company did. The cool thing is that he installed a new smart thermostat. I could control the heating and cooling from our iPhone which is pretty neat. He particularly impressed Kim and I and the price range was a little higher than Kim and I liked but my associate and I couldn’t turn down this opportunity. So I asked him, “where do Kim and I sign.” He smiled knowing he did a good task with the house and said, “it only took the first people to look at it and they already want it.”

Mike was a bit hesitant at first because he was getting ready for work but the last thing I need is for Mike to move back home with myself and others because his home burned down.

I’m not a giant fan of getting up too early in the day. I have worked 2nd shift our whole life and I’m usually in bed around 1 am so for myself and others to wake up at 6:30 am is a little crazy. Fortunately, I got to sleep around midnight so I should be good for dinner with friends and then a nap before work. I don’t remember whose bright plan was to get up early and go out for dinner but next time, maybe whoever chose this will do 9 am instead of 7:30 am. 7 am our son Mike called me, that’s bizarre because he knows I don’t love to be woken up early despite the fact that I suppose this must be an emergency. Mike told myself and others that his house odored of rotten eggs. First of all, I don’t enjoy eggs 1 bit and that odor he is experiencing is the worst. I do believe this odor, well I suppose I do and it might be his Heating & Air Conditioning system. I told Mike that he needs to unplug his Heating & Air Conditioning system and call the heating and cooling company immediately. Mike was a bit hesitant at first because he was getting ready for work but the last thing I need is for Mike to move back home with myself and others because his home burned down. I also told Mike that if anything, I’ll be at his home for the heating and cooling specialist if he can get 1. He called the Heating & Air Conditioning company and they are able to send over an Heating & Air Conditioning specialist. So I suppose I won’t be taking a nap before work. Time to get in a quick dinner and then meet the Heating & Air Conditioning tech after.

I told Dan that I wanted to call him first before I left for work

Woke up this day with a disgusting odor. It was the stench of eggs out and they were all rotting on the entryway counter. It is so gross and I suppose I’m going to get sick. I had to get ready to work so I tried ignoring the intense odor despite the fact that I just couldn’t do that. Some of the shampoo and lavender body scrub helped myself and others avoid the odor for a few minutes until I was done showering and that foul odor started to overpower our senses. I had enough, I didn’t believe what to do despite the fact that I contacted Dan. It was 7 am in the day and I felt awful despite the fact that I knew I was going to wake him up. Dan answered his iPhone and to our surprise, he was wide awake. Dan said he was about to get some dinner with some old buddies before work and asked why I was calling so early. I told Dan that our home odored love rotten eggs and I can’t get past the odor. I told Dan that I wanted to call him first before I left for work. Dan said, “stop what you are doing, unplug your Heating & Air Conditioning system and contact the Heating & Air Conditioning company before you go to work.” I was a bit confused and Dan said from his experience there could be something wrong with our heating and cooling system and the Heating & Air Conditioning tech should be able to look at it. Dan told myself and others if I was able to get someone to our home today that he would stop by and take care of the Heating & Air Conditioning specialist while I went to work. So that’s just what I did, I called the Heating & Air Conditioning company and thankfully they had someone to come over and Dan will be there for me.

I tell our sister all the time she needs to move out of that locale and go anywhere else

For a few mornings, our sister Jane will be crashing on our couch. She needs a locale to stay until the landlord is able to get a cooling specialist to look at her faulty Heating & Air Conditioning system. I suppose it’s broken and I’m hoping it’s a very easy repair so Jane is back home soon. I love seeing our sister but in small samples. Jane can be a bit much and she loves to be overdramatic but still, I don’t want to deal with it. Jane complains a lot and she doesn’t love our pet at all. My pet is basically family and she is older now and at times she reeks but Jane believes that I don’t take care of her which is completely unfair. My pet could have years, mornings, or even a few minutes left to live and I am just soaking in every minute I have. The section Jane and I live in gets entirely sizzling and there can be some restless mornings if you don’t have a cooling system. So evidently I’m family and I’m going to help Jane as much as I can. Jane works a lot so I don’t suppose I’ll see her quite often despite the fact that I suppose I’ll find out. I just believe that Jane’s landlord better have a good Heating & Air Conditioning specialist coming into her condo because last Summer she had a flea infestation and the landlord didn’t take care of that issue for weeks. I tell our sister all the time she needs to move out of that locale and go anywhere else. Jane lives in the sketchy section of town and I believe it’s cheap but still, it’s not a safe locale. Regardless, it’s only for a couple mornings.

Sometimes living in a big house isn’t the greatest thing in the world but other times it is.

Right now, I have a twisted mindset about what’s going on with our apartment.

There are issues with the central cooling system so the a/c isn’t working currently. I have to wait for a Heating & Air Conditioning specialist to come out and repair whatever issues are taking locale. The negative aspect is that I need to wait for our Heating & Air Conditioning system to be looked at but the positive is that the landlord has to pay for any repair work that needs to be done. So in the grand plot of things, I don’t have to stress at all about cooling repairs. I have to look at it that way or I believe I would be frustrated. The local cooling specialist won’t be coming to our house for 2 mornings and the weather outside hasn’t particularly been so great. It’s sizzling and humid which makes myself and others a bit irritated. I’m not going to sit around our house outside of work and deal with the heat, I called our sister Emma to spend a few mornings there. I believe Emma has central a/c so I believe I’ll still be cool for those mornings. I don’t want our sleep to be affected so I’m stoked that I have a family to count on. The only pitfall with that is Emma has this discouraging pet who loves to jump all over myself and others and occasionally Emma doesn’t do a good job at keeping him clean. He does odor from time to time and that pet breath? It is disgusting. Oh well, it’s just a few more mornings and I’ll be out of Emma’s hair and back in our own bed.

Sitting at home, enjoying the championship game, eating some salty popcorn with salsa on a Thursday night is 1 of our preferred past times.

I set everything up and occasionally friends show up which is consistently a plus. But being home alone is just as good for me. Sitting in our home with the a/c on is a bonus. I’m not a big fan of driving to the venue and sitting with several thousand other fans all screaming for our team to win. It’s ok if we’re winning but if the game is close or my associates and I are going to lose, then some fans turn into jerks. I just want to have a good time and if our local team does lose then it’s whatever. I don’t get frustrated over something I can’t control, during TV commercial breaks, I try to get up and stretch out a bit or grab a beverage from the cooler. It’s usually 1 out of every 3 commercial breaks I do this because there are so many during a championship game. I suppose when it comes to the pigskin game itself, there are far too many TV commercials. Then there was an Heating & Air Conditioning maintenance commercial to remind us that winter time is coming fast, and my associates and I should contact our local heating and cooling company for any Heating & Air Conditioning related needs. This reminded myself and others that I should contact the local Heating & Air Conditioning company just to have our Heating & Air Conditioning system check out to make sure it’s good to go for the winter. Winter weather is fast approaching and it’s essential that our Heating & Air Conditioning system is in decent working order because it gets absurdly cold where I live.

My parents are the worst, although I suppose I shouldn’t say that. They do take myself and many others on expensive holidays all over the world a few times of the year. The thing is they always take myself and others to spots where the temperature feels love someone is pointing a heater vent at myself and others at all times. What I’m trying to say if you are not getting it, is that I’m really hot here! This week, our parents thought it would be a good day to rest on the beach and work on a tan as a family or go in the ocean water. One thing about me, I am deathly afraid of swimming in the ocean. I can’t see what’s in it and that scares myself and others more than anything. I’m also fearful of the dark but that’s beside the point, however as I rest here on the beach feeling the awfulness of the bright sun on our skin, I can’t wait to get back to our hotel room and crank up the a/c. I hope that the a/c unit is particularly on as well, and back at home, my associates and I have a smart thermostat so I believe to turn on the a/c before I get back. I wish that our parents could go on holidays to other locations where it isn’t so hot and humid. I mean I don’t want to suppose love I need to wear winter time gear but something a little colder would be nice. My dad is currently asleep so I believe we’ll be here for a while and our mother is talking with a random stranger about holiday spots. I suppose it’s going to be a while until I get to use that lovely a/c.

This month the weather isn’t that pleasant.

• I’m trying to stay positive despite the fact that I want to do the 1 thing I can’t, which is to go outside.

I adore being outside and a dismal rainy day love this can make myself and others suppose trapped which occasionally could lead to the recurring depression I have; Sunny mornings, with a light breeze and the fresh odor of flowers in the air, I consistently find delight and energy. This, looking out the window, is nothing but a disgusting mess. I just loathe the feeling that the rain ruins the potential of what I could be doing outside right now, but also, not pretty much everyone shares our sentiments about these types of mornings, and my older sibling loves the rain. He doesn’t go outside anyways and this just gives him another reason to stay inside to play his video games. My pal and I have so many similarities but the weather isn’t 1 of them; On mornings love today when I’m stuck inside, I still try to make the best of it. I get a book and turn the a/c on low to save cash on heating and cooling. I still complain a bit about the humidity on sunny mornings despite the fact that I don’t mind if the temperature is just right. I suppose I’m rather picky when it comes to the perfect weather day, however just knowing that the sun is coming out tells myself and others that I have options to go out or stay in, but with this rain, I’ll just stay here. Thankfully, the weekend forecast shows that the weather will be better and I will be able to get back outdoors. Until then, I suppose I’ll do our best.

Another great day on the little boat with our son Jiml, for the last 4 weeks now Jim and I have woken up early just to fish and hang out… The bonding time Jim and I are enjoying is something I didn’t expect but Jim has asked to have more time with myself and others on the weekends, i’ll take whatever I can get! I suppose there is more to it but if Jim ever wants to open up about things, whatever it is I’m available. I suppose Jim is hinting a bit about the stresses he has had with work and the beach house Jim just purchased. I suppose Jim should’ve had a better inspector look at the home before it was purchased because it feels that there is consistently some new issue with the locale, but regardless, he’ll never ask for financial help and I believe that but if Jim just wants to rest in the boat, fish and forget about the world for a few minutes a weekend I’m content to be there. I should say Monday Jim and I go out fishing but today is Friday, I suppose Jim particularly wanted to have an extended weekend and I’m retired so I have all the time in the world! Unfortunately, on this day his partner called about an issue with their dial thermostat not turning on the heater. I was overhearing and she told Jim that the Heating & Air Conditioning company won’t be able to send out anyone till at least Sunday. I saw this as a chance to help out and love I said Jim won’t ask for cash despite the fact that I do have a portable space heating system resting in the old bedroom collecting dust so I gave that to him for the weekend. It will do a lot more good with Jim’s family than collect dust I feel.

I’m watching the market bounce back after what seemed like an eternity of falling. It is too bad I sold the good stocks that I had, but I didn’t know it was going to come back like this. If I held them, right now I would have about $55k, but as it stands now I am down to a mere $4k. I got stung pretty badly this past year, but I guess everyone has a year where they made all of the wrong decisions and lost a chunk of money like me. It doesn’t make me feel better knowing the local contractor lost a bunch of his money too, I still feel bad losing my HVAC rep dads money that he gave me when he died. I can only sit on my stock and wait for it to come back up to the point I can sell it and be done with this horrible investing strategy of mine. I should have worked at the HVAC business and kept that money in the bank like momma told me to do. I can’t tell her I lost it or she will probably disown me. I’ll just keep doing furnace cleaning and selling my HEPA filters online so that I can get a buffer in the bank again like I should have right now. I guess life is about learning lessons, but this one is a bitter pill to swallow. My central heating system is on its way out and it would be great if I can buy a new HVAC system for my flat next year.

We are zipping through the month of March very quickly, and it will be a blink of an eye when summer arrives and the tourists flood our town for another summer of fun.

I like the energy the eager tourists bring to our town, as winter can be very quiet and lacking in energy and sunlight.

It can be a pain to ride my bike to the sea because the streets are packed, but that brings a lot of energy and fun for the summer season. I will play some beach volleyball and a lot of music in local businesses around town, as long as they have a good climate control system to keep us cool. Between the beach ball games and music shows, it should be a fun summer for me as I close in on 60 years old. I will do some HVAC zone control installations this summer during the weekdays and at night I will play my drum or ball in the sand with my friends. I’m not sure if I will get back to the States this summer because I am a bit low on money right now, but you never know what happens and I could end up going back for a month. I will need some good a/c if I go back to the south where my family is living, and maybe I can stay in my dad’s air conditioned house with my stepmom for a bit of the time. Dad is gone, but he left the house for us so we can stay there when we visit.
